Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — typically only when you have an active quote or scheduled service.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt in

Consent is collected on our website via a separate, optional, unchecked checkbox on our quote request form (/ and service landing pages) and booking form (/book). The checkbox appears above the submit button with the following disclosure:

"Optional: I agree to receive text messages from Legend Cleaningabout my quote, booking, scheduling, and service updates at the number provided. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to request or purchase services. See our SMS terms & privacy policy."

Checking the optional SMS box constitutes consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. You can submit a quote request or booking request without checking the SMS consent box; consent is not a condition of purchase.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text from us to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Privacy of mobile opt-in data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors supporting our services (e.g. cleaning technicians dispatched to your job, our SMS delivery provider, and our scheduling and billing tools) is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Messages are sent through major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
