Information we collect

Contact info you give us: name, email address, mobile phone number, and service address when you request a quote or book a cleaning.
Job details: the services you're interested in, notes you share with us, and any photos you upload.
Basic site analytics: page visits, referring site, device type, and approximate country.
Payment info: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use it

To respond to your quote request and schedule your service.
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups by email, and by SMS only when you opt in.
To bill you and send receipts.
To improve our marketing pages and understand which services our customers care about most.

Mobile information & SMS opt-in data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors supporting our services (e.g. cleaning technicians dispatched to your job, our SMS delivery provider, and our scheduling and billing tools) is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — for example, email delivery, SMS delivery (Twilio), payment processing (Stripe), scheduling, mapping, and hosting. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep customer records for as long as needed to service your account and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

Update or delete: email us at info@legend.cleaning and we will update or delete your customer record on request.
SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any text message from us.
Email unsubscribe: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Customer records, jobs, and billing data are protected by row-level access rules in our database and are only accessible to authorized team members.
